33det Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 33det ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 33det website and all associated gaming, betting, and account services. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the 33det platform.

By accessing the 33det platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 33det platform. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of location within Bangladesh, including users accessing the platform from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other districts.

Key Terms Defined

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document and should be understood before reading the full clauses below.

1. Account Registration

The following clauses apply to the creation and ongoing management of a 33det player account.

1. 1.1

   One Account Per Person

   Each player may hold only one 33det account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different mobile numbers — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and any associated balances being forfeited. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact 33det support immediately.

2. 1.2

   Accurate Information

   You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information when registering your 33det account, including your legal name, date of birth, and Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

3. 1.3

   KYC Verification

   33det applies KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. You may be required to submit proof of identity and proof of age — such as a National ID Card, passport, or birth certificate — before withdrawals are processed or at any time 33det deems verification necessary. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will result in your withdrawal request being placed on hold.

4. 1.4

   Account Security

   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33det login credentials, including your password and the mobile number registered to your account. 33det will never request your password or OTP through any communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account prior to you reporting a security breach to 33det support is deemed to have been authorised by you.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 33det platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following clauses govern deposits and withdrawals.

1. 2.1

   Minimum Deposit

   The minimum deposit amount on 33det is ৳100 across all supported payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 33det, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. 33det does not charge a fee on top of the amount deposited.

2. 2.2

   Withdrawal Processing

   Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to supported Bangladesh banks (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank) are processed within one business day. 33det does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

3. 2.3

   Withdrawal Eligibility

   To be eligible to withdraw, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — you may not withdraw to a third party's bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account. 33det reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further verification.

4. 2.4

   Disputed Transactions

   If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your 33det wallet, or that a withdrawal has not been received, you must notify 33det support within 72 hours of the transaction date, providing the relevant transaction reference number. 33det will investigate and provide a written response within five business days. Disputes raised outside the 72-hour window may not be eligible for investigation.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers available on 33det are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the individual promotion.

1. 3.1

   Wagering Requirements

   All bonus funds credited to your 33det wallet are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, the default rollover for bonus funds is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets; bonus funds themselves do not count towards meeting wagering requirements.

2. 3.2

   One Bonus Per Promotion

   Each eligible player may claim each 33det promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the creation of additional accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, any associated winnings, and the potential suspension of the account.

3. 3.3

   Bonus Expiry

   All 33det bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit. The specific expiry period is stated in the promotion terms. Where no expiry is stated, the default is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to your account. Any bonus funds or associated free spins not used within the expiry period will be removed from your wallet automatically.

4. 3.4

   33det Rights on Bonuses

   33det reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. In cases where a bonus has been awarded in error, 33det reserves the right to reclaim the erroneous credit and any winnings derived from it. Players who are found to have engaged in any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, collusion, or exploiting system errors — will have their accounts suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

4. Responsible Gaming

33det is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity. The following obligations apply to both the platform and its players.

1. 4.1

   Deposit Limits

   All 33det account holders may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to an existing deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period of 24 hours before they take effect. Reductions to a deposit limit take effect immediately upon request.

2. 4.2

   Self-Exclusion

   Players who wish to restrict their access to 33det may apply for self-exclusion from within their account or by contacting 33det support directly. Self-exclusion periods are available from one week to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, 33det will take all reasonable steps to prevent the player from accessing their account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

3. 4.3

   Entertainment, Not Income

   Casino gaming and sports betting on 33det are forms of adult entertainment and should not be treated as a source of income or a financial strategy. Gambling outcomes are determined by chance and certified RNG systems; past outcomes do not predict future results. Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their finances, mental health, or personal relationships are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion and deposit limit tools available in their 33det account settings, and to seek support from a qualified counsellor.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on the 33det platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms.

1. 5.1

   Fraudulent Activity

   Using the 33det platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal any form of fraud — including fraudulent payment transactions, identity theft, use of stolen payment credentials, or misrepresentation of your identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.

2. 5.2

   Money Laundering

   33det has a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering and the use of the platform for any activity that may constitute a money laundering offence under applicable law. 33det monitors transactions for suspicious activity and reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold funds, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

3. 5.3

   Collusion and Match Fixing

   Colluding with other players, coordinating bets with third parties to gain an unfair advantage, or having any knowledge of or involvement in match-fixing or spot-fixing in connection with any event offered for betting on 33det is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.

4. 5.4

   Exploitation of System Errors

   If a technical error, software fault, or pricing error results in a bet being offered or accepted at incorrect odds, or a bonus being credited erroneously, you are obligated to notify 33det support immediately and must not continue to exploit the error. Any winnings resulting from a known or reasonably identifiable system error will be voided and the associated funds forfeited.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

33det reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 33det will aim to complete its investigation and communicate the outcome within ten business days.

Where a player's account is permanently closed by 33det for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the wallet at the time of closure — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at 33det's discretion, depending on the nature of the breach. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 33det support; any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method after standard KYC verification.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33det platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, layout, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and all associated materials — is the intellectual property of 33det or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 33det platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the 33det platform without the prior written consent of 33det.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33det shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 33det platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — regardless of whether 33det has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

33det's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 33det wallet during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 33det's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

33det reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, financial terms, or responsible gaming obligations — 33det will provide at least 14 days' notice before the revised Terms take effect, either by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered mobile number. Your continued use of the 33det platform after any changes to these Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 33det platform. 33det operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the 33det support process will be referred to binding arbitration. By using the 33det platform, you consent to this dispute resolution process.
